1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Spendik mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Description of Service

Spendik provides personal expense and income tracking, voice-to-expense parsing, multi-wallet balance management, inter-wallet transfers, debt/loan tracking, savings goal calculation and pacing, category budget monitoring, transaction drafts, and automated notification-based transaction parsing. Spendik is an accounting and financial management tool and does not offer formal financial advisory, investment advice, or banking services.

3. AI Engine & Automated Tracking Disclaimer

Spendik AI Assistant uses Gemini 2.5 Flash / Vertex AI to process natural language inputs and extract transaction details. If enabled, Spendik also parses financial alert notifications on-device and matches them to wallets using account suffixes or app names.

These automated tools are provided for personal convenience. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and confirming the accuracy of all parsed amounts, categories, dates, merchants, and wallet balances.

4. Non-Banking Nature & Security

Spendik is not a bank, broker, or payment processor. Spendik cannot execute money transfers directly with banks or access user funds. Masked account suffixes (e.g., *1234) are stored purely as non-sensitive labels for wallet organization.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, setting device security measures (such as App Lock / PIN), and verifying all data logged under your user profile.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for cloud sync and AI assistant capabilities, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability due to standard network maintenance or third-party cloud infrastructure updates.
