How does Spendik AI Assistant log expenses & income?

Hold the mic button or type naturally (e.g. "Paid $45 for dinner with Credit Card" or "Received $1,200 salary into Bank"). Our Smart AI Engine extracts the amount, store name, category, and wallet choice automatically.

How does Automatic Notification Tracking work?

If enabled in Settings, Spendik inspects incoming transaction alert notifications on-device from your selected banking/payment apps. It extracts the merchant, amount, and account suffix, automatically preparing an expense draft.

Are my OTPs and 2FA verification codes safe?

Yes, completely. All notification inspection occurs 100% on your local device. Spendik features a strict automated security shield that immediately drops and discards any notification containing OTPs, authentication codes, or personal messages.

What is an Account Number Suffix and how is it used?

An account suffix is simply the last 2 to 4 digits of your card or account (e.g., *1234). Spendik uses this masked number to accurately auto-match bank notification alerts to your specific wallet. Spendik never collects full account numbers or CVVs.

How do Inter-Wallet Transfers work?

You can log transfers directly between wallets (e.g., withdrawing cash from Bank to Cash Wallet, or loading a Digital Wallet). Both account balances adjust synchronously in one clean record.

What happens if I leave an expense unfinished?

Spendik automatically saves unfinished transactions as Drafts and sends an optional recovery reminder so you never lose track of a receipt while on the go.

How does Savings Goal Pacing & Priority work?

You can set target dates, assign Priority Tiers (High, Medium, Low), and log quick-save deposits. Spendik calculates your monthly pacing and alerts you if you are ahead of target or facing a monthly deficit.
